HOW IS THIS LEGAL?
Unknown to many, the 2018 Farm Bill passed by Congress legalized many parts of the cannabis plant and made a distinction between Marijuana and Hemp. Under the 2018 farm bill products containing less than .3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis are legal and considered hemp in all 50 States. All of our products are derived from hemp plants and due to the amount of fruit juice and sugar weight, contain less than .3% THC on a dry weight basis.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 
HEMP AND MARIJUANA?
Hemp and marijuana are the same plant species—cannabis. Their only difference is a legal distinction. Hemp is cannabis with a 0.3% or lower concentration of Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Marijuana is cannabis with any concentration above that.

HOW MUCH THC SHOULD I CONSUME?
If this is your first time consuming THC we suggest starting off with a half of a 5MG Can ( 2.5MG THC) Wait 30 minutes and see how you feel. If you’ve consumed THC before we suggest starting with a 5MG can, since we use a water soluble THC Formula

WILL I GET A BUZZ?
Yes, all of our products contain THC. THC is the good stuff that gets you “high”. We combine all of our products with THC + CBD which provides a balanced buzz that's more equal to having a couple glasses of wine. Please note if you get tested for THC at work or school, you will fail the test.

DO ANY OF THE DRINKS CONTAIN ALCOHOL?
No - All of our drinks contain zero alcohol.
